Over 70 million euro were left in Cluj Napoca after the Festival UNTOLD, money which will be found in the local taxes and duties, collections for the local businesses or apartment owners, houses and boarding houses which rented their properties, informs on Monday the festival organisers.
' After a first estimate made on the basis of the figures estimated by the commercial partners of the festival, local hotel owners, restaurant owners, commercial centres, etc., those coming from outside the Cluj county spent, on average, over the four days of festival, at least 700 euros. The money was spent on accommodation, transport, food, walks and shopping.This means a capital infusion of over 70 million euro. The money spent by those who came to the festival will be found in taxes and duties, collections for the local businesses or apartment owners, houses and boarding houses who rented their properties', said the organisers of the UNTOLD festival, in a press release sent on Monday.
According to the quoted source, another 1.8 million euro is invested by UNTOLD in the stadium Cluj Arena, the Central Park and the Polivalenta Hall.
