JLL Romania has successfully advised office lease transactions totaling almost 25,000 sqm in Q1 2016 in Romania, a record of the last 12 months, for the company. The office leases were signed in Bucharest, in Cluj-Napoca and Iasi, thediplomat.ro reports.
