Former Social-Democrat Senator Dan Sova was sentenced on Monday by the justices with the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) to 3 years' imprisonment for influence peddling in the CET Govora criminal case. Moreover, the court decided an EUR 100,000 to be seized from Dan Sova and a lien to be kept on his belongings. The decision is not final.
