GfK Romania: Romanians, more critical online than offline

Most Romanian people (94 percent) use face-to-face communication when exchanging information by word of mouth (WOM) whereas 5 percent rank telephone conversations as main channel for such messages, according to a survey conducted by GfK Romania upon the influence of WOM marketing.
