Kovesi to be heard on Tuesday by Superior Council of Magistracy

Chief Prosecutor of the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) Laura Codruta Kovesi will be heard on Tuesday by the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) as part of the procedure initiated by Justice Minister Tudorel Toader to remove her from office, the CSM Prosecutors' Section said in a release.Justice Minister Tudorel Toader announced on Thursday that he would start the procedure to sack Kovesi for ''acts and deeds that are intolerable under the rule of ...
