Prime minister Tariceanu “ I refused to be a puppet in political games”

In his reply to the president’s statements, the prime minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu said that the card under discussion “ does not contain anything to suggest an action in court”. According to his opinion, the card was a way of informing the president about the document attached which included data “ about possible abuses and illegalities of the representatives of the state” in the Petromedia law-case. The reaction of the president is considered by the premier as “ part of the political war started by the president 2 years ago as a reaction to the refusal to accept early elections and become a puppet in the political games”.
