Romania accounted for 30 percent of the outsourcing operations attracted by Central and Eastern Europe in 2006, the number of companies that externalized part of services reaching at 23, according to a study conducted by consultancy DTZ Co.The most significant companies that decided to outsource their services in Romania are Genpact, Orange, EFG Banc Post, Hewlett-Packard, Alcatel, IBM, Microsoft and Ifineon, they being attracted by labor force costs - among the lowest in the region.An ...
