The Festival of Korean culture, first edition

 The first edition of the Festival of Korean Culture, which reunites acts of danse with fans, with drums and masks, concerts with melodies from Korea and traditional food took place on Saturday in the capital city.

The Festival was opened in the presence of the ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Bucharest, Hyo-Sung Park who stated that this event could represent a platform for the understanding of Korean history, culture, music and Korean people.

The festival took place on the campus of Romanian-American University. Between Wednesday and Sunday at the university there were activities unfolding under the title of School of Korean Culture where the participants attended courses of calligraphy, Korean songs, ceramics, as well as danse courses with fans, drums and masks.
