Wisdom of the Earth by Constantin Brancusi was sold to the Romanian state for 11 million euros

Private owners sold the sculpture Wisdom of the Earth by Constantin Brancusi to the Romanian state for 11 million euros, Culture Minister Vlad Alexandrescu announced on Wednesday on his Facebook page. 

The Government will pay five million euros and the Culture Ministry will launch a national subscription to cover the sum.
