Bucharest City office space stock to expand to 1.5 million sq.m. by end-2007

The office space stock of Bucharest City expended to 1.190 million sq.m. and office rentals rose by 42 percent on a yearly basis, to approximately 270,000 sq.m., CB Richard Ellis Romania real estate company consultant Viorel Lacatus told journalists at a recent news conference.'A large number of newly-delivered office buildings, coupled with refurbishment works has effected a rise in the stock of office spaces to approximately 1.190 million sq. m..
