Survey : Residential investments, most profitable on real estate market

The residential investments have, for the first time in the last few years, the biggest yield in the market - ten percent, ahead of the amounts obtained in the other segments - industrial, commercial, offices, according to the data of the consultancy and brokerage company Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania. But, the yields on the local market are falling, as the market reaches maturity. The only market segment, which does not offer a falling yield against 2006, is the residential one. ...
