Perla Majestic Group invests 8 million euros in new hotel

Hotel company Perla Majestic Group, controlled by the Spring Time Holding which also holds the four-star hotel Phoenicia located in the northern side of the Romanian capital, is to inject 8 million euros to erect a new hotel close to the Henri Coanda airport area, that is 18 km north of Bucharest.With the projects ready, the negotiations ended and all the approvals obtained, the construction is scheduled to be completed on March 1, 2008.
