The Romanian Government passed on last Wednesday, upon a proposal of the Ministry of Transport, Civil Engineering and Tourism, a resolution on the setting up of the National Company Bucharest Airports SA by merger of the National Company Henri Coanda International Airport SA (AIHCB) with the Bucharest-based National Company Aurel Vlaicu Baneasa International Airport SA (AIBBAV).The normative deed stipulates the merger of the two corporations, to result in the National Company Bucharest ...
