Real estate investors from Poland target Romania

The real estate investment funds in Poland are getting ready to enter the Romanian market in the search of some higher yields, taking into account the fact that the yields in Romania are by some 1,5% bigger, and the market is far from being saturated on all segments, said Pavel Tonski, the manager of Polish real estate consultancy firm Accreo Taxand.
