Health : Program to assess the population's health starts on July 1

Health Minister Eugen Nicolaescu announced on last Wednesday at the National Conference of Family Practitioners that the program for the assessment of the population's health condition starts on July 1.Nicolaescu said that family medicine is treated as a priority, given its role in disease prevention and ensuring the population's health.He reminded that healthcare was assigned the highest budget this year, 4.2 percent of the GDP, 'which although is not enough to cover all needs,' is a start ...
