The Romanian pasta market is on an upward trend, with the consumption of spaghetti recording increasingly higher figures. The offer has grown wider, including Italian specialities - that is both long pasta (spaghetti, macaroni, vermicelli and noodles), and short ones (such as jumbo shells, corkscrew pasta and snail shells pasta), with or without egg in composition, dietetic (from corn, rice) or tortellini (filled with meat, spinach or cheese).
